We ship our art and physical items from Australia, and shipping costs and fees will reflect that. We are not responsible for import taxes or VAT, and you you purchase from our store you acknowledge that.

We ship via AUSpost and can ship to most countries. IF there are any issues with your country and our shipping ability, we will contact you to make other arrangements or refunds.

We are a small group, so packing can take up to 1-2 weeks, as we generally ship big orders all together, to minimise work load and excess travel.

If your package is sent back to us we will reach out to you to rectify the problem. We are happy to send back orders if the fault is ours, if the error is on your side we can arrange additional shipping fees to compensate us for our time.

Once your order is shipped, it is out of our hands and we do not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Please contact your local post office first if your item is lost or stolen or damaged. We are a small business, and while we will try to solve problems where we can, we are unable to offer free replacements.
